Fireboltt - No customer support

I had purchased a smartwatch from their site which now is not working properly . I’ve tried calling, texting as well as mail but I am not received any proper response from their side
The watch was bought * months ago and the warranty period is of * year
Also they have closed login access on their site due to which i am not able to retrieve my invoice of the product
