Swiggy - No complete refund of money

I have given the order in swiggy and paid Rs. ***. I got a call from them after *:** hour from the delivery for address confirmation who don't know how to speak in Hindi or English. After that got another call from a swiggy representative who is saying that I have entered the address in the wrong format so my order will be cancelled and I will get ** Rs after reducing the ** Rs from what I have paid. The problem is with swiggy. It has shown me that my order will be delivered in ** min but they called me after * hour ** min. Even I have given the delivery executive no to enquiry and address clarification. They said that the number isn't working. Hats off the team for me the number is working but they are telling me that it isn't getting connected. Even a delayed order gets the amount refunded but I got nothing but Iost ** Rs.
