BESCOM - No clarification response

Ravi A filed complaint against BESCOM on Dec 27, 2022

Interest on Deposits are appearing on the bills but not appearing the same amount as payable to me. I have asked them for clarification on **th November **** and again on ** December ****. Also few calls made to them but no response. Already they are having my RTGS details but the payments are not credited as mentioned in their monthly bills.
