BESCOM - Account debited but electricity bill payment not done

As i have made electricity bill payment on **/**/**** of amount ****/- through Airtel app, and payment is done through debit card and i have received the sms as mentioned below with Txn reference number. Kindly look into the issue and resolve immediately
Hello! You have initiated to make a payment of Rs.****.* towards purchase of your Insurance policy **********. Please keep the txn id *********** for future reference
OTP for online purchase of Rs. ****.** at APBLUTIL thru State Bank Debit Card
The above mentioned are the sms i have received, kindly resolve.
