Indepandant Tv - No channels available for the past 2 to 3 weeks

It's been more than two weeks since they have disconnected all the channels, till last week they mentioned all the channels will be back after **nd June, now it's **th June and now they are mentioning that the service will resume from *rd July. It's totally frustrating from the time I subscribed to independent tv, they took almost * months to provide connection after collecting the initial booking amount of ***. And in October they installed the dish and set top box. Till February I say that they were ok, post TRAI regulation they didn't keep up to the promise what they made initially, it was again a horrifying experience, as we were unable to watch what we want. And come June they have disconnected entirely. Since I have paid the subscription for the whole year, I am unable to change the service provider. Again if I opt for an other Service Provider again I will have to shell out another **** to ****. Not sure how to tackle this, hence reaching out to you for help.
