Indepandant Tv - No Channel from last 5 days

So sorry say but from the day first of connection the service is worst, from last *-* days no channel are playing, this is a case of ***, to mislead and fraud with the customers.
I get connection of independent tv before *-* months back, so from that date, services are more than worst.
Humble submission is that either provide the proper services otherwise i have to move to tribunal for the appropriate action.
