I have booked a ticket on **/**/**** from Hyderabad to New Delhi through Yatra.com.I mistakenly booked the ticket for **/**/**** which I wanted to cancel.When I checked the cancellation charges on Yatra.com,it displayed zero refunds even though there is a charter which says that if the booking is cancelled within ** hrs ,it should be fully refunded.I got to know about the charter after ** hrs of booking because of which I could not get the full refund.This shows how the company is using misguided information on its online platform to rob the persons .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
