I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by NoBroker regarding my rental property search in Bangalore. I had purchased a money-back guarantee plan on ** Dec ****, with the expectation that No Broker would assist me in finding a suitable rental property. However, despite my repeated attempts, I have not received any satisfactory response from your NoBROKER.
To elaborate on my issue, when I initially purchased the money-back guarantee plan, this same plan was paused and never reactivated. I contacted No Broker support to reactivate my account on ** Feb ****, but unfortunately, they did not activate my account as requested.
Since then, I have made several attempts through emails and calls to this company, but I have not received any response from your customer support team. As per the terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee plan, I am liable for a full refund if No Broker is not able to find a rental property for me. However, since this company has failed to provide me with any services, I am entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for the plan.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by NoBROKER. The failure to reactivate my account and the lack of response from your customer support team is unacceptable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
