Nobroker - No broker Refund problem

As I approached NoBroker for buying the property initially the sales executive was actively looking for the property in Bangalore visited * property out of which * property got selected negotiation was done for **L n as sales executive was keep on calling for making the payment of premium charges n token advance to the seller. Payment has been made n promised by the NoBroker team that if the same property is not been registered then refund will be done. I was constant touch with the seller n sales executive mean while I hired advocate n banker to fulfill my requirement n paid their fees too. Before sales agreement happened seller back out making all the investment which I made was wasted. When i approached NoBroker (K Devsena) she said we can’t do anything n asked for refund then she replied that no refund will be initiated then I told her about the mail which their team has sent if property seller back out they will refund. After long discussion she said fine I sent u the mail kindly acknowledge so that i can get you the refund. When I acknowledge the mail n ** days she didn’t bother to contact inspite of all the efforts had been made now she says that as u have acknowledged no refund will be initiated I tried very hard to get the premium services paid to NoBroker should be refund.
Sales executive are active to get the money from the customers once it’s done they are least bothered n it’s been * month I have Experience no proper communication only bluff to the customer head long sales executive devasena very rude n hopeless attitude toward customer n I got very bad experience with the NoBroker team. When I tried to reach their manager the response is nil. So is there any option of getting refund in this case kindly help
