No broker had convinced to buy the owners money back policy to pay a sum of Rs**** + GST as commission for their advertising and service. They will find a tenant for your house at the declared rent and deposit within a specific time period or if we find a tenant within the same time period we will get the money refunded by sharing the rent agreement as proof. We did share the rent agreement and have followed up on calls many times but no answer or no response has been given. Its been a year now since i brought the policy but i have not received the refund.
