I have paid for the No broker Money back plan. The number I was trying to pay was **********/jmsaravana**@gmail.com, but when I tried mistakenly I had keyed in the wrong mobile **********/sarathy.g**@gmail.com(see there is a difference). But surprisingly the OTP came to ********** and hence i logged in and did the payment. I called customer care and explained the issue and they said it was some glitch and they said they have raised some complaints and will be resolved within ** hours.
It has been more than a day since I did not receive any response. I need to look for a home quickly. Either give me the plan on ********** or refund my money back.. Below is the email which i received to sarathy.g**@gmail.com and attached payment receipt from HDFC.
Please help me to either get refund or plan activated from No broker
