Purchased plan of Freedom plan for rental property from.No broker App on ** June ****.
From that day started technical issues not receiving owner number on mobile number and on email id and even not showing on app.
I tried to call to service managers lot of times
some of them pick a call and droped it
and some of them said technical issue.
After that it resolved for some time but again started same issue which not resolved yet.
I request to them for refund of my amount for this plan start process ASAP.
Put mails multiple times still not reply.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
