Kannan Vanangamudi filed complaint against Goibibo on Dec 5, 2021
I was booking a Bus Ticket from Bangalore to Kolhapur for **th December in the Goibibo site on Dec * ****at *pm in the Goibibo site.
i had filled in all details and made payment through Netbanking. Suddenly, everything crashed and I landed in their home page. I could not see any reference to my booking anywhere.
Meanwhile, an amount of Rs.**** was charged to my Bank account and credited to Goibibo. I have a screenshot of the transaction.
I tried contacting customer support, but there is no support beyond IVRs and they are redirecting us to their site/ app. This again was a dead end.
I tried sending a mail to the following IDs
IPR@go-mmt.com
ceo@goibibo.com
travel@goibibo.com
The first two mail IDs don't exist and the third one is set not to reply.
How can a travel agent be not contactable? This is very serious and I would like to sue them for a huge damage for the stress they put me through.
I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction along with the mails I sent that never got delivered.
