Simpli Learn - No Blockchain Jobs After Completing Simplilearn Course Misleading Career Support

I enrolled in Simplilearn’s “Professional Certificate Program in Blockchain” in April ****, paying ₹*,**,***. Despite early concerns about the course's difficulty and financial stress, my refund request (Ticket #********) was denied, and I was pressured to continue under emotional duress.
I completed the course and capstone project, but received no job assistance as promised. There were no interviews, no mentorship, and no direct placement support, only generic resume templates and manual job site links. Even those platforms (like IIMJobs and Hirist) did not engage with me properly.
This lack of support has left me unemployed with EMIs to repay, despite Simplilearn’s promises of high-paying job opportunities (> ₹* LPA). Due to financial desperation, I fell victim to a cyber fraud on May *, ****, losing ₹*,**,***. This was registered at LB Nagar Cyber Crime Police Station under FIR No. ***/****. The fraud may have been avoided if Simplilearn had fulfilled its job assistance promise.
I am demanding a full refund of ₹*,**,***, especially for the undelivered “Job Assist” service, main purpose is registering this course only for getting a job in block chain but failed.
