hi guys , i am kushul from hyderabad, i wanna take broadband for my personal usage , i have completed my payment on * sep **** to representative of hathway broadband , next day they set the router and wire process and they said within two hour a you will receive a message og login ID and password and activation , but from that on day i called every single day to take action but , they havent resolve my problem , and they are pin pointing me as its my fault , what should i do , i called several times , and i asked them to refund my amount back , they are saying its not possible : My NO: **********
