I ordered a food item from Sigdi Restaurant at Anand, Guajrat. The quantity was less than a half of which usually does. The box in which the foot item was supplied was not sealed or even taped. It was just flipped open without efforts. It clearly appeared like some of the food was already removed.

I complained to Zomato but received a reply that they checked and found that the quantity and quality was not the issue and they will make sure it does not happen again. But it was so clear that the food was not worthy to be eaten. Zomato did not resolve my problem and wasted Rs. *** for which I asked for refund.
