Myntra - Nike Defy Men Sports Shoes

I ordered this pair of shoes from Myntra app. At first on account login, i was having issues in login OTPs. Still i did login manually by password. Then order shoes and found them uncomfortable for me on receiving. So, i checked for return option, which was not available in the app itself. They asked me in written (I have screenshots) to self-ship to north Indian warehouse i.e., Gurugram office somewhere. I self-shipped in *-* days with well-known courier brand. After shipping it to them CSR told me that you haven't generated return id so it will not be collected at the place. I said no other option was there in the app just the text which showed me to self-ship and showed instructions such as address and all. Then Myntra CSR, they asked to get that back to my place and then return again with Myntra's own delivery agent. They gave me trouble in this whole thing and now when i asked courier company to get that back they said courier got accepted at warehouse and they told that they shipped it to the seller. But my return and status on app for complaint is still pending. if anyone can, please help me.
