Newspaper Times of India not delivered for * days. The vendor hung up when called and looked sleepy at * in the morning. Paid yearly subscription and not enjoying the service. Sent mail to TOI without response. Would like to get refund of subscription fees, let alone any compensation for mental agony, restriction of exposure to gain knowledge of world affairs and unfair treatment when called. Thank you.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
