Sir,
Feeling proud when I picked up TATA's NEXON. At home we were all so happy that we took the TATA car. I am an Indian and I respect to God Ratan Tata. I bought this car with the understanding that this car with * star rating is right for my father. I had seen the approval given by NCAP.
A few days ago, coolant oil was seen spilling from the car in the parking lot. It was towed to the nearby AuotoPoint, Ravet service station by towing from the car parking. Coolant was leaking from the hose and radiator fitting. Its a manufacturing defect, I give a permission to authorized service station to work using my own insurance, showing a car accident. For that I had to leave the car for **-** days. The running of the car was only **** KM. Photos taken from the insurance company are attached.
When this problem was solved and I met the car after ** days, I must have gone only ** KM, then the engine of the car fell down in running condition. If something bad happened in this accident, then who is responsible for this, sir?
It is clear that the mounting studs have broken and the engine has fallen off from mounting bracket. I myself a technical person. While your dealer say its normally happened when you drive on speed bump, this is normal for a * star rated car. Pls see attachment. I expect an explanation from Tata Motors.
I have been waiting for reply from your dealer for * days. But nothing came of it. How many days should I leave the car?
The product I was given is bad / Faulty, I don't want it. I have been deceived.
Nexon has a * star rating so I bought the car. I urge you all not to force me to do anything further.
