Rohit Sharma filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 12, 2019
Airtel customer care person called and confirmed my address and told me that tour sim will be deliver to you within * working days. But it's been * months now. And moreover they stop internet service for a period of time whenever they want. If they have such problem for giving this type of ridiculous service then why not they stop their company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
