I have purchased a Samsung split ac as on ** of April ****, from sm gadget deals, reg office- WZ- ***c, Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony new Delhi ******, ac imei serial: ****PPAT****** ( AR**BY*YAWKXNA) after installation ac outer unit is creating much noise like a mini tractor engine, I file complaint on Samsung mail ID and also update the dealer there are * visit done by Samsung but the people those who are coming they are just doing nothing and still the situation is same and i am totally disappointing to lose my hard working earn money this is really a very big Blender about this big brand I am requesting you kindly replace my unit and update same to Samsung
