VENKATRAM REDDY filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Jun 11, 2019
I have paid for a new internet connection at C*-*** LIG PH-I Huda Colony Chanda Nagar Hyderabad-** on May *th ****. They promised to provide next day installation of a new connection but they failed due to no feasibility of providing me with a new connection at my residence. On *th May ****, I've raised a service request at ACT-Corp to refund my money back with reference number "SR************* ". They said it takes ** working days to process the refund. I am following up them continuously for the refund but they are telling every time it takes another ** hours. Till now I did not get any positive response from them. I have wasted my precious time by following up them though ** working days time is over. Again they are asking for another ** days of time. Please order them to refund my money back. If possible levy a huge penalty on them by failing to provide the refund within the time span they specified.
