Hello I am temporarily residing at *B Girish Karnad road Gangotri Layout KR Puram Bengaluru ******. When I am looking for New Fibernet connection an executive from ACT fibernet contacted and offered free GX router installation if you take ***mbps Plan instead *** Mbps which i enquired initisally. Also GX router is neccessary inder HT line houses. So I am okayed and took the package. Now After a month of usage i am receiving bill amount for the router when I already have * month subscription. And now they suspended my account as well. Also i am keep following their service centre people and there is no proper response from their side. Now am seeking right action against them!
