Ford India private limited - new Car s tyres are blasting and company doesn t care

Purchased a car for ecosport titanium plus sport variant on December ****. after few months one of the tyre of my car blasted while driving on highway. I complaint to company they said there was manufacturing defect on these tyres and they replaced all * tyres without any cost. after few months same indecent happened again. I complainted again to company but these time they are not ready to listen anything from me. while searching on internet I found that there are lots of more customers who are facing same issue which I am facing. this car comes with low profile tyres which are not suitable for Indian roads. after lots of complaints company has stopped selling these low profile tyre variant and started giving high profile tyres in their new variants. but, not giving any proper solutions to their customers who purchased these car with low profile tyres
