Carrier Air Conditioners - New Ac not working

Ac * ton of carrier company purchased on **.**.**. Whole hot summer is gone and ac has not run continuous on * days.
Bought from Refrico lucknow and the company carrier is not showing any interest. Their engineer mr Pramod Sharma has fooled us by re.shifting the unit.
They had once replaced partly without any proper diagnosis of the problem.
Now I am calling carrier but they are not giving any visit and attention.
Please help.
