Prasanna Krishna filed complaint against BPL on May 6, 2019
We have purchased BPL AC (Feb **th) through Amazon. I received it on March *th. After installation, our AC is not working. The BPL technician has confirmed that some issue with Indoor-unit Board. New AC is not working after the installation. We have been continuously contacting the BPL service centre (Hyd) and customer care. It has been more than ** days after installation our issue is not resolved.
