Amazon - Never gibe my money

I order a pambers rupees *** from amazone by cash on delivery.. before *days of delivery i got a mail from amazone ie, you can pay the money through net banking and avoid the time waste of COD. so i payed money throug net banking and get a confirmation message from amazone.. and the money is deducted from my bank account.. after two days delivery boy was come and told me your COD is not done.. he need the money otherwise he didnt give me the order item.. what i do..? I gave the money.. and collected the item.. payed double time for a same order... after an hour i called the amazone customer care and said the problem what i faced.. They told me it was Their bill payment department mistak so the problem is occured.. so. they give my money back in * days.. now i wasted * months time for that money.. they never returned my money.. Daily i calling amazon customer care.. they said it will refund in * days or * days.. no refund.. ni money..
