Airtel Network tower at my location was very well functioning few * months back but suddenly network started to go from our cell phones. After making numerous complaints to airtel costumer care services. I myself went to the tower and saw that it was shut and not working. I was sitting there only when electricity restored and it again started working. The UPS which supply the electricity in case of power failure is not working in that tower.
When i searched about the airtel network team the Airtel technician confessed that the problem persists from many months and the higher official responsible for issuing the materials is not listening to them. I want airtel to look into the corruption and solve the issue as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
