I bought a postpaid connection from VI, but the connectivity is very poor and customer care executives are so bad. I am posted outstation and VI people are not cooperating at all. They ask me to visit VI store in Ghaziabad which is *** KM far away from my current location. I am feeding ul with VI. The worst telecom company ever I experience and strongly recommend others to not to buy VI products.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
