I had submitted issues regarding my network and internet connection against Airtel on the Airtel thanks app on ** Jan **** , my complaint no. being #CLCCV*DEL************** which Airtel replied back by saying that the issue will be resolved in * days. Nothing has happened since then, the issues still persisting and the complaint shown as "In progress" . It is also worth mentioning that I have filed a few complaints beforehand too and Airtel replied by saying that it has been resolved. In times such as these where work from home is a necessity, how can work be done with poor internet connections.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
