Akshit filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 27, 2021
Hello I have recently ported out from vodafone to aritel for better network but when i came to my native place in kutch here there is zero network(Only for Airtel rest all network are working) and all my * number are dead and all my work is been stuck.
i am facing this issue since **th FEB and customer support team initinally gave all the false commitments that it will be sorted in * days and * days but till date issue is not resolved.Unfortunately i cannot port out as i have ported in airtel just * month back.
At last they confirm the issue is not going to resolve and then i ask them for compensation, so for that also they were not agreeing but atlast * upcoming bill waver and additional ***rs waver was been committed but now they gave only ***rs and bill amount reference by last bill
This is very frustrating that they cant resolve the major issue of network and cant even do small compensation.
Need you help to get the compensation now atleast for * upcoming bill.
