In past two months this is *th complaint. The network is disconnecting frequently but customer care representative are very worst. They are not listening to our queries. IAM providing latest service request here. Actually this is *th complaint in past two months. They are billing the amount as per time but not resolving this permanent issue. Disconnecting happening very frequently but there are not fixing. Due to this I have got some escalations from my company as work as stopped due to internet disconnectivity. IAM working in one of the MNC. And I lost my net pay in salary due to this issue. ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR**************.
