I Recently moved out from Begaluru nestaway house after giving * month advance notice period. Property was very well maintained during my stay and it's like new property having no damage at all but still they are putting ** k for maintenance and painting charges. Painting charges are as per the agreement but maintenance charges are only applicable if there is any damage .In my case no damage at all but still ** k are for Maintenance charges.Its a big fraud.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
