I signed up for excited on * june **** and and executive met me on *rd june **** at * pm ,charged me ***rs for a new connection and promised me a connection in **hours without fail.Its been **hrs after the promised **hours guaranteed intsallation and installation has not been completed now the executive who collected my details and money doesnt answer my calls and when I call the customer care the representatives blackmail me for even delayed service if asked anymore questions about the installation.The service excitel is providing is pathetic and irresponsible.I dont know who should i contact about this no-one seems to be helping and everyone seems to be blackmailing for a delayed installation if asked anymore question.And when i asked for a money back for failing to install a connection for me they say we cant raise a ticket cause you have no account yet.I piteous for opting for excitel and would never recommend the service to anyone.Please help me resolving the issue soon or atleast even give me my money back if excitel is not intrested in providing me their service,Please!
