Dunzo bangalore - Neither package delivered nor query resolved

I have placed request to send food items from kasavanahalli main road to my friend staying in JP Nagar on **th Oct **.The delivery partner has picked the item from me and no update for * hours. So I called that guy and he said that due to his bike issue he has given to other delivery partner so I asked the phone number but he has denied and asked me to call the customer service.When I tried to call the customer service, there is no number available in the app and I can only chat.Recently I have broken my right hand and undergone surgery and it's under plaster now. Told the same thing while chatting and requested them to call me but they were delaying and least bothered. Finally one person named Krishna called me very very casually and told me that item is misplaced. Later again called me and said that the item is found and kept it safely. I said that it's a food item and get spoiled and requested to deliver same day and He said he will do so and confirm but it's not delivered and till now no response.I want a compensation of minimum Rs.* lac for the mental harassment that I have gone through and the torture to the physically disabled person.
