I have taken Jio Fibre Gold Plan by paying **.***/- in Dec **. Now I have shifted to Hyderabad from Mumbai. The company is neither refunding the amount nor relocating Jio Fibre Connection.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
