SIRISH KUMAR SONNY filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on Mar 18, 2020
I booked a ticket from GoIbibo on **-**-**** as detailed below:
GoAir (G****), PNR K*SM*Y, {**:** am Ranchi} to {**:** pm} New Delhi at Rs.**** for two persons.
Due to Corona pandemic, I rescheduled it to **-**-****, using the online service of GoIbibo on **-**-****. They charged me Rs.*** and after the payment was made I immediately received a notification that due to increase in airline fare by GoAir the ticket could not be booked and Rs.*** ws refunded to me. But the original ticket was made invalid, neither I could cancel it nor reschedule it. I raised the issue many times but the original ticket remained in "Requested for Reschedule" status. After numerous call finally could talk to the customer care lady today at **:** pm (after waiting for almost ** min on phone). She refused to help me and I suffered a loss of Rs. **** due their negligence. She later made my original ticket "valid" and I had to reschedule it to **-**-**** at a higher price. Same thing if they had done two days yesterday the loss to me would have be much less. Although, they had promised that the matter would be resolved in * hour (Gotime promise) but nothing was done.
It seems that GoIbibo is taking advantage of the corona pandemic to make money by unscrupulous means. Although they making claims that reschedule or cancellation charges would waived off in view of corona problem, they are doing just the opposite.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
