I am your customer since **** itself & have ordered more than *** products from Myntra.
But my past month's experience with Myntra is just pathetic.
Ekart which is owned by your sister company Flipkart is delaying my products & canceling product delivery at my adress(If I track my order i can clearly check that it's being kept at Myntra_AHM_HUB it means its in ahmedabad itself). There is no contact info provided by Ekart on their official website certain contacts are not approachable.
I have tried to re-order those products but still my order is pending even though it was showing under express delivery section. Also, I have created return request(products worth rupees of- ****/-) on *th September itself but the products hasn't been picked up yet even after creating plenty of complaints at your help desk have waited for more than ** mins just to escalate my calls.
My hard earned money, time & energy everything is being wasted again & again by pure negligence made by your company.
Looking forward for an immediate assistance.
