We had come from Delhi to Rishikesh for a trip, keeping the service of goibibo in mind we booked our trip from it. On the first day itself, we were not able to communicate to the trip driver and suffered more expenditure on it due to lack of communication,. What kind of drivers do they Haier or allow for pickups. Goibio said that nothing can be done, we wont refund the money but u wil have to deal offline with the driver! *. Yesterday too we booked a cab for departure where we mistakenly booked for the wrong timing and wanted to correct, where again the goibio ppl said that there is no policy to change it.
*. We again booked a cab where the vendors associated with the service of goibio cancelled the trip.
Now as we are helpless nd suffered this bad.
*. Refunds on goibio are not made on time and consume *-** days for it.
What woukd we do when we dont have money, bcz we already paid several times to goibio where there was no instant refund.
