Md javed khan filed complaint against Air India Airlines on Oct 8, 2021
Due to covid** positive cannt travel Air India promised to me your ticket is open until you cannot travel now I want to travel Air India and Flipkart cancell my ticket without my permission and now he dalay to more then * months kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you that, as we have checked with your ticket details your ticket status is reflecting refunded as your refund was initiated on **th Jul ****. If you have not received the same then kindly contact your bank account from where you have paid for your flight. As per policy, Air India always refunds the amount in the travel agent's account first of the bookings which are done through the travel agent.
