Nyka Fashion - Need Refund of My product

I am very frustrated from the process of Nykaa, I am not able to return the product, while I placed the order it was showing * days return policy now it is showing return window closed. The Time I ordered I was in Banglore and delivery address of Noida I calculated the time may be I will reach to destination late or early so accordingly I ordered the products of * days policy so that I would have enough time to return the order if just in case not suits to me, same thing happened and dress not suits to me like it is so lengthy and quality and fitting also not up to the mark as per price, so I don't need this, but now it is showing return window closed. How it can happen why it was showing * days initially while i place now it is showing * days????

I am very disappointed with this, even while we buy any cloth from show room also if quality check and every thing is good then they also able to make a return but in Nykaa why it is not possible, this is use less product my height is * feet something and suit length is * feet what is the use of it for me, waste totally waste of money.

You should with particular quality check and other process just to check if product is in same condition which you sent.

Invoice attached where order id and other details mentioned, Please help on this, this is not fair specially while we are dealing with such good brand Nykaa.
