Air india - Need Refund for COVID 19 cancelled flights

I had booked a ticket on make my trip on February *rd ****. The travel to Frankfurt from Chennai was scheduled on the *th Of May ****. The trip was cancelled due to COVID **. I have submitted refund of the prices and it got reversed as shell credits.

I am looking for refund of the same and not credit shell. The courts have directed the carrier(Air India) to pay refund. This has not been done inspite or repeatedly following up makemy trip and airindia. The calls are unanswered and the emails are not responded to. Please help
