every phone of samsung is launched at stores but a new model samsung a*plus has been launched online at amazon.com as amazon exclusive if we have not seen the phone properly and with its best fractures we booked it from samsunng.com
as it was launched online other e-stores like amazon , flipkart give is ** days money back if we are not satisfied phone but i bought samsung a*plus with samsung .com thinking i will get original product but the very next day when i got the phone i used it a day * day the phone had many problems * it was taking * hours for full battery charge but company claimed * hour fast charge * the phone performance is very slow the applications like wattsup and facebook and youtube were not working at all
* the camera was not good as expected .
* the phone was offence getting heating issue .
and many more
then next day i called customer care they said no refund will be given
then i mailed to the ceo as given on samsung.com website ...
i thought samsung phones will be better as their Resource and development is good but i faced bad experience.
now i just need my refund amount as soon as possible to buy a new phone or i request samsung to give me any other model difference amount will be paid by samsung or customer
