I have repeatedly contacted cleartrip customer service and Emirates but have not been able to change the name on my flight ticket.
Emirates customer care has repeatedly assured me that the required change can be made by the third-party agent, cleartrip, if they contact them via the agency line of communication. I had to personally visit the Emirates office in Kolkata yesterday to get a solution that wasn't provided to me.
I have repeatedly requested cleartrip for this and have not received a response. As a result, I am being told to cancel my tickets, incurring a big cancellation fee, and rebook the tickets at the current inflated prices.
For getting such a small task done, I have been harassed mentally and emotionally for the past * weeks. Since I'm a student travelling to London for the first time, I can't afford the cancellation fee. My only option seems to be to get this name corrected.
I REQUEST CLEARTRIP TO GET THE CHANGES DONE OR ELSE PROVIDE ME WITH A FULL REFUND AGAINST MY TICKET.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
