I had booked domestic as well as international tickets through Cleartrip on ** Apr. Within five minutes of my booking, I realised that I had made a mistake in my son's name which I erroneously typed ARJU instead of ARJUN I immediately informed cleartrip but for next fifty days cleartrip refused to approach any airline for name correction. With my own efforts, I could get the name changed in AI and INDIGO with just one call but Malaysian airlines insisted that I move via cleartrip for the next fifty days. I kept requesting cleartrip but they refused to send an email to Malaysian airlines. Finally, as I was getting late for VISA I bought another ticket on the same flight with the correct name of my son and then only could travel to Malaysia I incurred a loss of Rs *****k.
