Naaptol - Naaptol dryad Wrong product delivered

We order * copper water dispenser with stand and glass set.
I order through mobile phone.
And order was delivered on **th Nov. ** And when order delivered it was wrong product. So I raised the complaint regarding product replacement.
And till now, on daily basis we called them but they are responding. And product is still not replaced yet.

I have ordered bedsheet from naaptol there is *bedsheet repeated and there are lot of poop in that packets as well as in bedsheet it smells bad I want to either replace or refund of products
