I have purchased a trousers from Myntra and want to return these trousers since I don't like the product. Myntra is refusing to give me a refund saying that i have applied a coupon of Exchange Only when placing the order. I was shown no such coupon and dialog box when i was placing my order. The company has cheated me by applying some coupon which I didn't opt for and is now refusing to place my return request. I need the company to take this product back and refund my money please.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
