I had scheduled pickup of two items at the same time (*th July ****) of which only * have been processed for refund. The *nd has either been misplaced or wrongly updated as not picked up.
While pickup there is no confirmation provided regarding approval of pickup.
Now they are outright refusing any refunds saying nothing got picked in the first place. They send me this sms in the morning "Out for Pickup: Roadster Unisex Mirror... with tracking ID MYNR********** from myntra.com, will be picked up before *pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call ***********, PIN ***). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.". And when I raised a complaint regarding this issue, they are asking me pickup agent name and number which I never got from them and they also don't have track of that pickup agent but they sent me a message out for pickup. What a joke..
This is a hassle as the such checks have to be build in from their side. Opting for outsourcing every part of the business for cost benefits does not relieve u from any responsibility.
