Sandeep filed complaint against Myntra on Feb 4, 2021
I ordered sandals from Myntra and it was delivered in time. Now i would like to return the product but the executive who is coming for picking up the product says that the product id provided to them doesnt match with the product delivered to me. Due to this, he is declining to pickup the item. I have contacted myntra since a month but they have been avoiding the call. Myntra has agreed that they are made mistake but they are not proceeding with return.
