Dedeepya Yadlapalli filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 26, 2021
I have ordered * Nike and * Adidas shoes from Myntra. I am happy with * of the products and * of the products were not of a good fit, so I placed a return request for returning both the shoes.
The return was rejected as there were no price tags, but for a matter of fact I recieved the all of the * shoes without any brand tag or price tag on them and Myntra is refusing to acknowledge the same.
As per Myntra's policy, the customer should accept the sealed package and pay the price before opening it and then they make fool of the customers by demanding for something they haven't sent first.
On raising a complaint, they refuse to acknowledge their fault and is not accepting the return and just say as per their internal investigation they found the package to be delivered with tags. When I demanded for the proof of the same, they refuse to provide one. Because for a matter of fact they are lying.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
